Grant Progress Reporting

Grant reporting expectations will be established at the time of grant approval and will consist of Progress Report(s) and a Final Report.

Grant Reports are to be emailed to the CT Grant Coordinator: grants@ackcscharitabletrust.org.

[File naming convention: university name_your initials_year.file extension. For example: UGA_HEJ_2016.pdf or Cornell_HEJ_2016.pdf]
